TGM series

Small grain size (under 300μ) are used for sending materials with low air permeability.

Within the line, the speed of the material is high at the time of shipment. For abrasive and coarse-grained materials, full system shipping should be preferred first. If the coarse-grained (over 300μ) material is under pressure; sticking, clumping or bridging TGM series will be suitable to be selected.

TGM series is suitable for powdered, low air permeability, stickiness or shape-shifting materials under pressure. TGM series shippers create a fluidized bed during shipment, first vent the material from the bottom and then dispatch the material without applying any excess pressure and end the shipment when the line is completely empty.

In pneumatic transport, this is called” empty system operation”.
