Pinch valves work with air pressure, with the closing pressure of 2-6 bars given from outside, the special rubber pipe inside the valve shrinks and 100% tightness is ensured. Pinch valves ensure unobstructed product flow. These are valves that provide in-line control of abrasive, corrosive and fiber-containing granules, powder materials, chemical and natural wastes. While other types of valves (ball, butterfly, etc.) immediately lose their sealing against abrasiveness, pinch valves are more resistant to wear, long-lasting and tolerant.
