Pinch Valve Sleeves

We can produce our pinch valve rubbers, which we produce as a standard with natural rubber (NR, Natural Rubber) court cloth, from nitrile, silicone or white paste.

While the temperature resistance of NR tires is normally up to 80°C, we recommend max 50°C since pinch valves force the tire to shrink.

Silicone tires can withstand up to 100°C, but their lifespan is not as long as NR tires in terms of elasticity and life.

We do not recommend pinch valve for petroleum product fluids, but we recommend nitrile rubber if use is mandatory.
