Shake Out Units and Sieves

Shake out units are vibration units specially designed according to the desired size ,generally serves to separate the foundry sand from the poured material,the sieve plate is bolted, which can be changed.

Up to 3 layers of material can be sieved in the sieves. The first layer breaks the coarse , the middle layer brings it to 5-6mm grain size , converts the bottom layer to fine grain , mechanical reclamation , used in sand regeneration
