KGM series

They are used for sending materials with large grain size (over 300μ) high air permeability.

Within the line, the speed of the material at the time of shipment is low. Not suitable for fine-grained powder materials. For abrasive and coarse-grained materials, the full system is suitable for shipping. If coarse grain (over 300μ) material is under pressure; does not break, does not clump, does not stick, kgm series shipper will be suitable to be selected and sent full system.

The KGM series senders start and end the shipment with the level sensors on it. High back pressure drives the material with a low speed principle. When the shipper is empty, the shipment ends when the line is full and exhaust the pressure inside, thus preventing acceleration of the material in the line and therefore abrasion. In pneumatic transport, this is called” full system operation”. Full system operation should be preferred as long as the materials and conditions allow, this regime provides a great advantage in wear and air consumption.
