Air Reinforcement Units

DN40-DN250 air reinforcement units produced between dimensions, as a result of the calculations of our engineers, are located in the necessary places and in the necessary number of pneumatic transport installations.

Air reinforcing units work like check valves, they help to give air to the line without missing the material inside the dispatch line, they prevent the pipe from being punctured from opposite the air inlet by giving compressed air into the line environmentally. This environmental air, negative pressure on the incoming material, vacuum effect, that is, positive pressure on the material it adds in front of it when pulling, that is, pushing effect. In this way, air reinforcements help the shipment. They can work simultaneously or independently of each other according to the application. As thought, they do not increase air consumption, but on the contrary, they reduce transmission resistance, providing energy savings and speed reduction and, accordingly, a long life against wear.
