CAP BENDS

Cap bends produced between DN40-DN250 dimensions. Thanks to its special internal structure, it slows down the speed of the material and provides long-term resistance to wear.

They are used in shipping installations of materials with large grain size (over 300μ) high air permeability.

In-line delivery speed is ideal for low regimes. Not suitable for fine-grained powder materials. For abrasive and coarse-grained materials, the full system is suitable for shipping. If the coarse grain (above 300μ) material is under pressure, it does not break, it does not clog, if it does not stick, it will be appropriate to choose the cap bends.

They are produced in 3 different models. While the standard between the Cap Y Bend  output arms is 45°, production can be done with the desired special angle.
